If a person is in 12th grade (Central syllabus), science background, can she take up Bcom? Also, what is the procedure for her doing CA. Should she do foundation?

for doing CA she has to give CPT.............
Yes he can do B Com and also do CA but for CA, he/she has to clear CPT
