1.under CARO requirement there are totally 21 clauses for that  duty of auditor is to  seek information from the management(in writing) and verify the records and documents

2.All the 21 clauses are required to fill by the Auditor ,after obtaining the sufficient information accordingly.

3.Specifemen CARO report given under companies Act,so you no need to any format.

Are there any auditing softwares which can generate Caro Reports?
