What should a CA persue inorder to have a good job in his hands ? Is MBA after becoming CA the only right choice ? What is the salary prospects after persuing the same ??? Please help.....!!!

In order to have a good job try to clear CA in first attempt.....!!
And all other courses like CS, MBA, CWA, Etc are good option with CA !
Try to learn SAP-FICO course. Its demanding course along with CA for good salaries.
