I am CA final Student and would like to know the opp available for me in the banking sectors..What are the areas that we get to work on. I know few of them such as corporate loan...Should i do courses like JAIIB or CAIIB for better prospective in this sector.
It would be of GR8 help if u could provide me with some link that gives a better idea about this sector
Banking is a very vast area for career point of view
You can opt Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Treasury and investment banking as well. Banks recruiting CA's for their branch operations as well but i dnt think that is a gud profile for a CA.
But make sure that you must know everything abt your profile in bank before opting them coz lots fot Chartered Accountant are not satisifed with their profiles in bank as same in my case
