Hi... what would be the future prospects and opportunities if we join in an internal audit department of a company? If we come out of the company after working for few years, can we enter into corporate finance or any other profile?

Think twice before joining Internal Audit !!
Starting phase of your career should start with Accounts/MIS/Finance/taxation.
Believe me I have spent one year in Internal Audit in a MNC and I want to shift to Finance & Taxation but my profile leads me to knowwhere...
If at all you want to end up with Audit , I think Stat Audit will be a better option.
