Hi Khusboo, CA is for highly tough people before or after passing CA. It is not easy for people like you.

Who said it is 9-5 job? recommend u to leave it., as CA is really boring course with no creativity.

Do what u love? Money will follow.

If you have joined CA course for money, U can earn it by doing what u love. I dnot understand why every commerce graduate aspire to become CA... what is there in CA?

Agreed with Dhiren,Khushboo CA is a very dedicative course which needs a lot of patience & hardwork.U should be tough enough to deal with the consequences if u fail in it,a ca student should be mentally prepared before joining CA,its not like other hobbies,its time taking but it also return u respect in society,a proud of being called by word chartered accountant,so think thoroughly wheather it is the right profession  4 u or not & decide accordingly,All the best........

General public respect. Nowdays it has become normal course because of higher % passing rate. Any tom can clear it easily.

I want to be a CA but I want a career  that gives me flexibility. It can be partnership or freelancing :).
but it is dificult to find such opportuniy for new comer. So I was looking for that help. 

Hi Khushboo. CA is worth if u want to start ur own practice..... but to be frank..... from my practical point of view and understanding of tough practicing environment, I can suggest you not to go for CA course....

Simple reason :- Nowdays bunch of MNCin consultancy, practicing areas has sprung, besides these BIG4 has reduced their fees drastically to get more clients. they uses fresher and qualified CA like a bonded labourer and get all work done with huge work pressure and pay insignificant package.

Though We have welcomed MNC in intial stage, but to be practically speaking... they are sucking blood out of every CA life.

So if u want to start ur practice, take 5-6 years as gestation period considering if ICAI does not do anything against these MNC.
