Thanks for the reply. But ICAI authorities are also not sure about it.

They advised me to get admission in IGNOU or BHARTIDASAN university for exemption of some of thesubjects , but they thinkgraduation is a must for admission in any post graduation course in any indian university .

They are not confident about their own certificate .

They are not sure whether one can apply or not  for CIVIL SERVICES examinations after 10+2 and CA

( WITHOUT GRADUATION )

WHY ICAI is taking entrance test after 10+2 just to show that its course is equivalent to medical and engineering courses when they are not confident that after passing their course , student will get or not admission in post graduation or appear for IAS ( CIVIL SERVICES ) examinations !!!
