What you have mentioned is very varied areas. Do you want to do project financiing or company law management or financial & investment analysis?

In terms of scope, there is great scope in all of these but it depends on you what you want to do.

Investment Banking - There are many Indian and International investment banks operating in India along with them, there are Corporate Finance Division of Big 4s who also do mid-market deals and valuation, fairness opinion etc. Bigger I banks in India are Domestic - Kotak Mahindra, JM Financials, Eman, Edelwiess, Avendus, MAPE Advisory, SBI Capital, Axis Bank, Ambit Corporate Finance etc International - Morgan Stanely, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Lazard, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Citi, HSBC, JP Morgan etc.

Also note that entry into IB is very difficult and competitive.

As it appears from your question that you might want to do something analytical, you can also consider Equity Research as an option. Also a MIS function of a large MNC could also be interesting.
