i am a may 2013 CA pass out and me joined with a hypermarket group in muscut as chief accountant. Basically co is in growth stage and so they recruited me .. as of now there is no well defined SOPs, and many staff as are leaving the company on account of bad employee policies of the company such as working time 9 to 8 pm low payment etc. I am just 25 years now . i am on 2years work visa now. if i continue here some times i may need to do even the data entry part ,as the managemment is uneducated and have no idea of what a CA will do. what should i do about pls advice...

sir though i m very younger to you in age and experience but i still would like to advise you to discontinue in your existing organisation.
An organisation which lets you do produtive work is the only right place to work at.
