Friend applied for car loan & it got approved. In background verification they found rent agreement fake due to fake sign. So my friend cancelled loan himself ..and here the story began.
Still hdfc verification team ( Risk) saying pay 2 % of loan as penalty or they will file case in polish.
They re mentally harassing too too much...and pressurise landlord to file FIR against my ffriend.
Any urgent help & suggestions will be hearty appricaited.
