Car lease and dtc
Currently if an employee takes a leased car, the EMI paid is deducted from the taxable income. With the new Direct Tax Code, will this be continued. Or are there any changes mentioned in the DTC?

Presently, there is no provision to deduct EMI paid on Leased Car under the had "Salaries". I think, you are mistaken.
