I sued a builder , bcoz I didnt get the possession of flat within the timeframe as decided in the agreement .
So now the legal expenses incurred , should it be capitalized ???

My View is that These Expenses are related with Title Acquisition it should be capitalized...
but in case amount is not material better expenses it out.
