It purchased fan rs 4000 for office use only.
What it will be treat in books, cap or revenue exp ?

You can treat the same as capital expenditure no problem

If company makes some self policy to maintain some min limit for capitalizeing e. g. Rs 5000, how could we say it in capitalizeing?
