Emergency Exit Light where should be capitalized - 1) Electrical Installation or 2) Building ??

If it is part of building then capitalize in building,, if not then in electrical installation

If same is Part of building than in building, otherwise in electrical installation.

It depends if there is a huge expenditure it's a seperate block, otherwise clubbed with electrical installation.
