Capital structure of a company

Dear Members,

We are incorporating private limited company limited by shares. We got our name approved and now need to file INC form 7. 

We would like to get some assistance for filling Section 4 Capital structure of a company. For example if we are two directors and autorized captial is 1,00,000 then what should be the equity and preference shares? Also what should we fill in Subscribed capital?
