Is there any minimum amount that a private limited company during registration have to show as share capital or minimum amount in company a/c

There is no minimum capital requirement for incorporation of a private company

director remuneration is any limit ??
There is limit for authorised capital of Rs. 100000 for pvt. ltd., but no limit for paid up capital . Also there is no limit on directors remuneration for pvt. ltd.
I was searching in Google and found us details remuneration paid only 11% of net worth or profit what it is?
Rohit Sec197 is applicable to Public company and not to private company
Annual Return Sec 92 (MGT-7),
Filing of Financial statements Sec 137(AOC 4) filing is mandatory for private company as well...

these 2 Returns r mandatory for every company...

Other returns r casual(on event basis)...

In lay man language can we say, dat to incorporate a company we do not need actual amount as paid capital...
For incorporating a company u should mention company's authorized capital in MOA....

There is no minimum paid up share capital requirement as per the amendments in 2015
but authorize capital in case of pvt co shall be 1 lac and for public 5 lacs
