yes you can send capital goods which are needed for performing job work,
if u want to keep the capital goods ( on which cenvat credit is taken) more than stipulated period, then u need to file an application to AC/DC of your division for grant of additional time to return the capital goods back,
The rule is Rule 4 (5)(a) for a period of less than 180 days. After that the duty debit has tobe made. Rule 4(5)(b) allows for removal for production of goods or to job worker for production of goods on his behalf without any time restriction but limited to jigs, fixutres, mould and dies.
