Capital gains on shares (Off market debit transactions)
There is off market debit transactions as gift of shares to children amounting to 20K and off market credit transactions towards gift of shares from husband amounting to 80K..Both are reflecting in AIS..Is both tax exempt for assessee ?

Yes, both are relatives as per IT act.
