Imagine there is a land which belongs to 2 persons A and B.
while selling the land in sale deed only B name is mentioned as vendor.In this case is it possible to show 50 :50 sale proceeds to A and B though A 's name is not mentioned anywhere in sale deed.

No in that case you can not
make 50 50
