IN MY VIEWS HE SHOULD HAVE FILE HIS RETURN IN GUJRAT
THIS IS HIS NEW PERMANENT ADDRESS AND AS SUCH A.O. OF GUJRAT WILL HAVE JURISDICTION OVER HIM
