Capital gain exemption 3 h.p.

I sold 3 house properties in the last A.Y. and bought 1 h.p. from the gains of the sale of 3 h.p. in the same A.Y.
Is exemption available for the capital gains arising from the sale of all 3 h.p. or not?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores capital gains tax exemption when selling three house properties and reinvesting the gains into a single new property within the same assessment year. The consensus is that exemption is available, provided the entire long-term capital gain (LTCG) from the sale of the three properties is invested in the new house property.

Eligible, but need to ascertain your LTCG from the 3 HP and the investment in new HP.

Yes it's available but u will invest all LTCG
Yes, that's obvious
