I want to know what is the Rule for withdrawal of money from Capital Gain bank account..

You have to file an application in from G with bank with prior approval from Income tax assessing officer , who has jurisdiction over the depositor .
Please do not consider my above reply .
Instead please clarify you deposited , Term Deposit capital Gain account or Fixed Deposit capital Gain account ?
