If the assessee has made one time payment for "Covered Car Parking" and "Fire Fighting & Electricity" along with purchase price of flat and the same are included in sale agreement but not in the registry, then whether these shall be added to the cost of acquisition or not?

Hi,

Car parking is an integral part of the flat and an outsider can not purchase only car parking in a society. So it will be part of cost of acquisition of flat.

For case law on this matter please refer  -
