1. Listed equity funds and equity-oriented hybrid funds, if hold more than 1 year than LTCG

2. Unlisted equity funds, Debt funds and debt-oriented balanced funds and any other fund, if hold more than 3 year than LTCG

..Shares :

1. Listed share, if hold more than 1 year than LTCG

2. Unlisted share, if hold more than 2 year than LTCG

if hold for less than as mentioned above in all case than STCG
