which amt I have to invest in bonds u/s 54ec capital gain or sale consideration ??? whether the any problem if I use this money for personal exp after invest cg in bond??

In finance act 2018 form F.Y 2018-19 the benefit of section 54EC would only be available on sale of Land & Building ( Residential or Non Residential ) . Earlier it was available for all assets but now it would only be applicable to Land & Building .
Moreover from 2018-19 on wards , these bonds would be required to be held for minimum 5 years .
please confirm others also .
