my client sale agricultural land and tds deducted 1% for financial year 2013-14 my q is
how to prove agricultural land to AO
and can tds on propert can be refunded? ???

He can take credit by filling his return.
The agriculture land is proved with the help of 7/12, and with the help of sale deed in which the details of the land is mentioned and tds can be refund by filling income tax return.
