Cannot upload mvat return on new mstd website

The new rules for MVAT applicable form 1 Apr 2016. For this, it seems the registered dealers are again required to register online on the new automation MSTD site.

Delaer are able to register on the new automation MSTD site but cannot upload return. Shows server error. 

What is the issue? Others are also facing the same problem?

Yes We are also facing same problem. On mahavat site it is coming (Facility to upload return will be made available shortly)

Is there any progress on this? I still cannot upload returns on the new MSTD MVAT site? Is the system working??

The reason for not being able to upload is that they have only specific time windows of a certain days when they will allow you to upload returns of specific periods. Trying to upload before that day will not work. They are far delayed in accepting returns - check dates

we are also facing the same issue....MVAT MSDT site not working. its shown server error.
