Cancelling a form approved by ROC

you have to pass a board resolution in the board meeting and file a fresh form 3 alongwith the copy of such resolution declaring the error and correction of that error . there is no other way to rectify the error after approval of form

Just file another form and attach the reasons for filing another form.

And state clearly that because of clarical mistake so and so error was occured therefore this form is being filed to rectify that mistake....
