One of my clients GST was cancelled on 5th Oct 2020 for not filing returns. Revocation filed after filing all pending returns, revocation was rehected because reply was not given in the prescribed time. Can we apply for revocation now?
If yes how?
This circular still has not been available on Govt portal. So let it be available on GST portal.
You can contact your Jurisdictional GST Officer and apply for GST revocation
