After that we are obsereved this new buyer is cancelled in tn vat, we are raised invoice and sale the goods also,

In this case Two month before cancellation done, We are made invoice today please clarify, Can i treat this sales as unregistered retail sale |

u want treat it as unregistered sales otherwi monthly while making monthly or quarterly returns u want furnish tin no of the selling party if dept find tin no as cancelled number the amt of tax u want pay double interest penalty for furnishing wrong sales tax returns, before u alter the invoice as urd sales then it will safe. prevention is better than cure we can use this policy.
