I have raised a sale invoice below 50000.But mistakely I produced way bill in that invoice.After that our order cancelled to that party due to price differences.Can I use that cancelled way bill Invoice Number for sale to other party.

No u cannot use the said invoice number to supply to other party! Cancel that invoice skip it and issue new serially numbed invoice in the continuous series!

u cannot use the e_waybill . U have to generate a new e_waybill against the new tax invoice which u have raised with the correct price.
Now what will be the fate of the old e_waybill. If 24 hrs does not lapse then u can cancel the e_waybill and beyond 24 hr ask the recipient to reject the e_waybill within 72 hrs.
you can Cancel the e way bill within 24hrs of its generation. Thereafter, you can generate fresh e way bill on same invoice number. This is tested..
