Cancellation of Registration of e commerce

File GST REG 16

@ Kashif Reg 29 is for those taxpayer who has been migrated from erstwhile law to GST & wants to cancel the Registration.

@ saurav Form Reg-16 the form for cancellation Registration other than person to whom Registration has been granted under rule 12 & Rule 12 speaks about the Registration of TDS & TCS , so the e- operator cannot file For Reg -16

So in my view In term of Rule 12(3) of CGST Act need to pursue your Tax Jurisdiction authority for the cancellation of TCS no. & ask him to issue Form REG -08.
