i have applied for cancellation of registration..on 5th march..and i received order for cancellation..on 25th may..when will i get a notification that it has been cancelled.? please let me know..
As per section 29 read with rule 20 of the CGST Act ,2017, if the application for cancellation is submitted within 30 days from the date of occurence of the event warranting the cancellation, then, cancellation would be effective from the DATE OF THE OCCURENCE OF THE EVENT
