cancellation of registration
i have applied for cancellation of registration..on 5th march..and i received order for cancellation..on 25th may..when will i get a notification that it has been cancelled.? please let me know..

Your registration is cancelled from the date of receipt of order, that is 25th may.

As per section 29 read with rule 20 of the CGST Act ,2017, if the application for cancellation is submitted within 30 days from the date of occurence of the event warranting the cancellation,
then,
cancellation would be effective from the
DATE OF THE OCCURENCE OF THE EVENT
then,
cancellation would be effective from the
DATE OF THE OCCURENCE OF THE EVENT
Already received order for cancellation on 25th May. That means registration is canceled
