CANCELLATION OF GST REGISTRATION
We have filled application for cancellation of gst registration. department served notice for submission of income tax return, please let me know where we upload income tax return

Can you please share in which section you get notice
Section is not mention in notice & notice showing in our gst pirtal
If the proper officer is satisfied he can revoke the cancellation of registration by an order in FORM GST REG-22 within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application. Reasons for revocation of cancellation of registration must be recorded in writing.
Please look into the notice again, the department must have asked for filing of GST Registration, All pending returns upto the date of application for cancellation have to be filed.
Do not tell your ability by writing a no-nonsense answer in the matter of points. I have asked where to upload income tax returns.
