I want to know, around 6 months back I've registered a proprietorship firm, but till date I have not made a single transaction of purchase/sales/expense/income due to failed in marketing skills. So now I want to cancel the registration of the firm. So please advice what are the procedure need to follow for cancellation of GST registration.
Please do the needful.

You need to first file all your pending returns, pay all liabilities towards late fees and then apply for cancellation.
