Cancellation of gst no.and intimation from the department

one cable operator wants to cancel their gst number and submit the request for cancellation on 22-2-22 after filing all returns. but after few days department send intimation for submit the account detail, profit & loss account and balance sheet. if not not submit then request automatically rejected. the said person has not detail mention above. what is the better solution for this problem and also guide me how to cancel gst no. any other way.
