Cancellation of gst
If my gst registration is revoked by gst official due to non filing of return , can i still continue my business and my turnover is below threshold limit of compulsory registration

Yes. but in my opinion. You have to pay taxes on the inputs you have till the day it cancelled by filing GSTR 10 and the non filing returns Tax payments due in Drc-03 with interest and then Gstr 9 for safety as you haven't showed your liability in 3b and Gstr1. After doing all this, you can do as you say.
