Not possible from your end.
Only if your client, do not submit form 15CA, it will be automatically cancelled.

Yes, Form 15CB can be revoked or corrected if it was wrongly issued. However, the process is not as straightforward as simply canceling the form. Here's how to handle the situation:
Revocation Process: If Form 15CB has been wrongly issued, the Chartered Accountant (CA) who issued the form can amend or rectify the form. However, the original Form 15CB cannot be directly canceled. Instead, the CA needs to file a revised or corrected certificate with the correct details.
Form 15CA: Along with the corrected Form 15CB, the taxpayer may also need to revise the associated Form 15CA (if it was already filed) with the corrected details.
No Formal Cancellation: There is no official "cancellation" option on the portal for Form 15CB. If a mistake has been made, a revised submission with the correct data will replace the earlier one.
