Cancellation of exemption not granted

I had requested for the cancellation of exemption granted to me under the 60% mark criteria in the June 2013 CS exam by sending the request at  exemption @ icsi.edu but I find in my admit card that I am still given the exemption. Can somebody tell me what to do to cancel the exemption now? I tried calling the institute at the numbers given but they are always engaged!! also anybody else having the same problem?
