Cancellation of duplicate PAN card

Your both pan should be in one jurisdiction. then write an application along with an indemnity bond to that assessing officer for deletion of one pan.

then send it to address NSDL office main with the knowledgement , receipt, pan and other documents and your knowledgement number and application for surrender of pan return written in above of envolpe
offline mood
go to your local AO office with written application
he may ask for affidavit
follow the instructions said by him and summit

I have two pan card out of this one pan card to be cancelled. Both PAN have different Jurisdiction. what is the procedure?? also share then indemnity bond format for the same
