clients gst Registration has been canceled through suo mota due to non filing of gst Return

in this case can we apply for new gst Registration

Yes u can apply for new registration.....also u can reactivate ur previous gstin. But in some cases(For new registration) they will inquiry for previous gstin for not filling return.
