How do I can cancel the order at icai.cds ?

There is an option of cancelling the order once you login on icai.cds portal
I am not finding the options in my order >track
Besides track there will be an option of cancel order
When I am opening it only track option is available
so, how I can do it

When did you order?
You should have cancelled immediately after ordering.
Since now track option is available, your order is processed and you will receive the study material.
Difficult to cancel now.
