You can claim ITC for rcm paid tax in the same month...

ITC on rcm can be taken once the payment is made.. you are eligible to take credit

Yes you can take rcm input in same month

We have to note that the GSTR-3B return allows us to set off the ITC of RCM in the same month it is incurred. Hence, one may come to a conclusion, based on the above discussion, that ITC for RCM cases can be availed in the same month in which inward supply is received

Yes you can claim in the same month but it has to be paid in cash only

Yes you can take the same basis the self invoice, after making the payment of the same.

Dear Sir,

NGO is registered under GST and also under 12A(a). It has taken legal service from lawyers. Could you please let me know that whether GST has to be paid under RCM or not? Is there any exemption for NGO regarding the same.
