Can we take ITC of RCM tax in same month?
I paid GST on transport freight at 5% on RCM from e-cash ledger, can I take ITC of such payment in the same month or next month?

You can claim ITC for rcm paid tax in the same month...
Yes you can..........claim in same month
ITC on rcm can be taken once the payment is made.. you are eligible to take credit

We have to note that the GSTR-3B return allows us to set off the ITC of RCM in the same month it is incurred. Hence, one may come to a conclusion, based on the above discussion, that ITC for RCM cases can be availed in the same month in which inward supply is received

Dear Sir,
NGO is registered under GST and also under 12A(a). It has taken legal service from lawyers. Could you please let me know that whether GST has to be paid under RCM or not? Is there any exemption for NGO regarding the same.
what if the ITC of RCM is not reflecting GSTR 2B as some of Suppliers(Under RCM) do not file their GST Return
