Yes, you can claim the ITC up to the due date of filing Form GSTR 3B for Sept. 2022
Yes you can claim ITC before sep 2022 GSTR3B OR GSTR 9 ANNUL RETURN OF 2021-2022 WHICHEVER IS EARLIER
Yes you can take ITC
But gst r 3b allows rectification and revision . Any unclaimed itc can be reclaimed .
