Can we take gst credit on Mask and covid related items.?

May be it is utilized for furtherance business/ 

If it is procured for staff members for working in the business premises ITC is available as per my humble opinion

No notification required. Such items are being used in the course of business and they are necessary in the current situation for conducting smooth business. ITC available on the basis of Section 16 itself.
