can we get education loan

Hi everyone,
For a CA Final aspirant who has failed many attempts and want to look over the other courses like CIMA, CMA(USA), CIA etc.
I came to know that registration and exam fees are very expensive and goes beyond INR 1lakh.
Can we get an education loan from any bank to apply for those above mentioned finance courses of other countries.
please respond if anyone has any idea on it.

Most of the banks are not showing interest in providing loans to us. ICAI recently tied up with few banks to provide loans to CA students. But that was almost waste of time.
