For the AY 19- 20 there is unclaimed TDS amount which was not claimed due non filing of income tax return in that year
Can we claim it in current year the unclaimed TDS of pervious year...
If we can claim the Tds pls suggest the procedure for the same.

No you can't claim it in current year. you need to file ITR for a. y. 2019-20 to claim refund
I can't file last year ITR because last date was 30 nov 2020.
I think date for filing Income Tax return has been extended for F.Y 2019-20 up to 31/12/2020 please check on Income Tax web site .
