Can we avail cenvat credit on service tax paid?
Xyz ltd is a munafacturing company, and now the company given a contract to abc construction ltd for its new office (administration) contruction , now that abc ltd give bill for services provided so then can xyz ltd can claim the above services as input service ?

How manufacturing company will have the service tax liability??
If we consider the case of applicability of service tax for manufacturing.
We can claim ITC on construction of administration building, if it is directly relating to your output services. There should be nexus between input services & output services
Otherwise it is not possible to claim ITC
So please check it once properly
cenvat on input service can be claimed only if the services are related to manufacturing activity of the company.
