Can two entities with only difference of M/s or Messrs be registered
During selection of name by registrar, I just wanted to know whether two entities with only difference of M/s or Messrs can be registered in same city. For example M/s ABC, Messrs ABC and ABC be registered in same city?
Or in other words, whatt are the things registrar looks into while selecting a name for the entity.

If identity remains same, such minor defects in name of same company/firm are accepted.
