Bcoz, Many case filed against payment recovery. But Still it's not satisfied by Party who is waiting for the payment...

Section 15 to 18 of msme act is relevant.

you can file a case under msme act. and the rule are stricter from this year.

but as raja sir said i am not sure how long it takes and how good and easy the procedure is
